By using Helper Healthcare, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Service

Helper Healthcare connects clients with independent personal support workers. We vet PSWs on the platform but final care decisions rest with you and the assigned worker.

Payments

Rates and estimated totals are shown before booking. You are charged after a visit is confirmed by your PSW.

Cancellations

You may cancel any request before a PSW is matched at no cost. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
